At our office in southern Moscow (Mon — Fri from 10 am to 5 pm). If you would like to send someone to pick up your book(s), please let us know at least two (2) working days in advance. We will then provide you with a map and instructions (available in Russian and English) to our office.

At some AWO, BWC and IWC meetings.

If you would like to obtain one or more copies of Living in Moscow, please read on. Kindly note that the books are available in Moscow only - we cannot ship to other cities and countries. An e-version of the book is not available.

B. Delivery and Delivery Charges

Delivery is only available for orders of five (5) or more copies to locations within Moscow city limits and must be to one address/recipient. The following delivery charges will apply and must be either pre-paid (invoice) or paid to the courier in cash upon delivery:

Notes on delivery:

1. Delivery is only available on working days between 11 am and 4 pm when a courier is available. We cannot guarantee delivery of books on a certain day and/or at a certain time. Once we have received your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery arrangements.
2. Books purchased by bank transfer are only delivered upon completion of the transaction. Someone must then be available at the time of delivery to sign and stamp the payment documents.

C. Payment

Payment can be made

1. by Ruble bank transfer (we will need your Russian bank details in order to issue an invoice); please note that we have to charge a bank fee of RUR 100 on all orders of 1-3 books placed by non-resident legal entities
2. in cash

Notes on payment:

1. 100% pre-payment is required for books purchased by bank transfer.
2. We do not accept credit cards or checks.
3. For cash payments, please provide the exact amount, including possible delivery charges (please see section C), in RUR (no other currencies).
